October 1st. 1998 marked the inception of Front Line Furniture when the owner; Rory Perron believed that he could make a difference in the servicing of office furniture.   Rory began with borrowed tools and a single vehicle as a stand-alone tech on a mission to prove he would make a difference.  Starting with a direct mail flyer that targeted 500 businesses in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, the flyer was designed around the concept of providing customers with the serviceability for office moves, reconfigurations and repairs, and proved to be a success.  It was Rory’s belief that whether a company is big or small; he would provide them with a superior level of customer service and earn their loyalty by providing a consistent caliber of service.  Althought the initial venture was to provide office furniture service, Front Line quickly expanded to include sales, storage, repairs and reupholstery.   

Today, Front Line Furniture employs over 10 service technicians, a service coordinator, two sales associates and a full-time bookkeeper.  Rory Perron continues to run Front Line Furniture on the same concept as its inception: providing outstanding customer service by taking an active interest in all customers while maintaining a trusting and comfortable work relationship.
